So we are on the home stretch here you guys! Time to put in the work more than ever! We have a *VERY* busy week ahead and any help you can give us, we will be super thankful!
What we have on the table this week pretty much is as follows:
- Monday
- Final Menard's trip for lumber by T-rex and Zachary
- Other errands covered by Zachary and T-rex
- We need wristband's purchased for entry into afterparty/players area - anyone know where to get some? Roughly 175 are needed
- PM Pickup at 7pm!
- Tuesday
- Morning work day! 10am sharp! Building the final braces for the courts (x28small x12large)! @ Zachary's House
- Trip to the paint store
- If weather is nice, we are starting to paint the stripe along the bottom of the boards! We need help!
- Wednesday
- Morning and Afternoon work, 10am through later afternoon
- More braces
- Paint white stripe on boards
- Paint Banners
- Thursday
- Food Prep in the AM
- Friends starting to come into town!
- 7 or 9PM Pickup at the Wright Tennis Courts on campus
- Friday
- Court Construction at 10am sharp - RCA Park
- Registration starts once courts are built
- Pickup at RCA Park once courts are built until dark
- 8pm-11pm'ish Registration at The Atlas Ballroom
- Saturday
- 9am sharp Morning Swiss Rounds Start
- 10pm After Party at The Bishop feat. The Vallures & The Constants
- Sunday
- 9am sharp Double Elimination tournament!
As you can see, it's a busy week. Anything you guys can step up and help with will make my heart all warm and fuzzy! Let us know what you need to get done too!

I have work most mornings this week. I'll get ahold of you when I'm not working and help out when I can. You and Zachary have done so much for this tournament already, so much looove. <3
