Thursday: pickup 6-9pm at the 2nd St big court, final club planning meeting afterward at the Neighborhood Bar (Washington below 1st).
Friday: food prep 10am-2pm, board and brace loading/transport 5-8pm, check-in/registration at the Atlas (4th & College) 8pm to Midnight.
Saturday: court construction 7am, swiss rounds start promptly at 9am, lunch served around 1pm, elimination tourney in the afternoon. Everyone is on their own for dinner. Afterparty at Das Polohaus (Grand & Dodds) 9pm-??? "Parties Hardest" awarded at midnight ;)
Sunday: optional brunch at the Runcible Spoon (6th between Grant & Dunn) around 11am (ish). Pickup and mimosas to follow at RCA Park.
